director for ten years, also serving as a church music director for nine of those years. She
moved into high school administration where she was a Dean, a Vice Principal, an Assistant
Principal, and Principal, all at large high schools in Southern California. She holds a
Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Her
doctorate in Administration and Policy is from the University of Southern California. She has
also taught graduate courses at four different universities in two states. She has been widely
published nationally and internationally on issues such as Establishing Effective School
Climate and Charter Schools. She says her life completely changed ten years ago with the
birth of her daughter. Since then, she has produced two different CD Series. The Bach & Baby
series features Bedtime, Bathtime, Playtime, and Traveltime. The Bach & Kids series includes
titles Schooltime and Studytime. These CD series are licensed exclusively to Kindermusik
Company, "Do, Re, Me & You." Dr. Shore's acclaimed book, Baby Teacher: Nurturing
Neural Networks From Birth to Age Five was released in the fall of 2002. For a review of Baby

the Ground Up was released in Fall of 2004. She has been featured at regional, state, and
national conferences across the United States on many different education topics. Most
recently, she is in demand as a speaker on early childhood development, educational
leadership, and the effect of music on learning. She is a humorous, energetic, and informative
speaker.
